Attachments & Images
Attachments and body text are not the same kind of data. Task titles and review notes are usually small, but images, PDFs, audio, and video take up a lot more space.
A Real‑World Scenario
Section titled “A Real‑World Scenario”If you’ve imported many images and notice your device is running low on space, check the attachment cleanup entry first — don’t rush to delete the tasks themselves.
How to Decide What to Do Next
Section titled “How to Decide What to Do Next”| What You’re Seeing | What to Check First | Next Step | | --- | --- | --- | | You don’t know where to start | The page title and main entry points | Pick only one action that relates to your current goal | | The result after an operation looks wrong | Status, empty states, access logs, or sync progress | Go back one level and troubleshoot step by step | | You’re worried about affecting data | Backup, sync, account, or permissions info | Stop first, confirm the scope, then continue |
Boundaries
Section titled “Boundaries”Before cleaning up attachments, make sure you no longer need those files to open in tasks or reviews. Judge body text records and attachment files separately.
Next Step
Section titled “Next Step”After reading this section, return to the task you were working on and choose just one minimal action to continue: record an input, check a status, or open the relevant settings to confirm once.
