Platform Purchase and Restore Purchases

Platform purchases have an easily overlooked detail: payment happens on the platform, while benefit display happens in your Granoflow account. The two sides need to match.

If you made a purchase on the App Store or another platform but can’t see the benefits on your current device, first log in to the same account, then proceed with Restore Purchases.

Restore Purchases is meant to retrieve benefits you’ve already bought — it is not a new purchase. Before executing, confirm the account you’re currently logged into.
