Synchronization

Synchronization lets multiple devices see the same data, but it’s not the only form of backup. If sync stops, check the status first before deciding whether to proceed.

If you just wrote a lot of reviews on the desktop and they haven’t appeared on the phone yet, first check the sync progress – don’t immediately edit the same content back and forth on both devices.

| What’s happening | What to check first | Next step | | --- | --- | --- | | You’re not sure where to start | The current page title and main entry points | Pick just one item related to your current goal | | After an action, the result isn’t what you expected | Status, empty state hints, access history, or sync progress | Go back one level and troubleshoot step by step | | You’re worried about affecting data | Backups, sync, account, or permission notes | Stop first, confirm the scope, then continue |

A practical rule for sync: wait until the current device finishes uploading, then check on the other device.

After reading this section, go back to the task you were working on and choose just one minimal action to continue: record an entry, check a status, or open relevant settings to confirm once.
